Senior Tax Accountant/Staff Accountant/
We are looking for a person to join our Highly visible, full service, small business accounting firm. You will be required to prepare 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990, 1041 and 1040 returns from start to finish. This may include client interviews, independent research, year end write-up, IRS correspondence and year-end General Ledger entries. A successful applicant must be a team player that can work with minimal supervision.
Off tax season applicant must also be able to do monthly small business accounting( financial reporting), quarterly payroll reports, monthly and quarterly sales for Dept of Revenue, if needed.
We are a small office,with an informal office environment and enjoy flexible summer hours. Year-round employment is desired.
An applicant must have:
Minimum of 3-5 years progressive tax experience
Solid computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Multi-Lingual is a +
Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
Excellent Written and Verbal communication
