Location: SeaTac, WA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Software Simulation Testbed Developer for a 12 to 18 month contract position with an aerospace company in the Seattle area. Candidates must be or holder. No C2C.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Collect and synthesize software simulation requirements based on input from engineering and operations teams
- Design, develop, and test simulation components and models in C/C
- Perform integrated simulation verification, validation, and certification activities
- Perform software build infrastructure development and maintenance
- Perform software deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with partnering element software simulation teams to interface models
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 2+ years of relevant experience and strong C/C development skills
- Experience developing software for software emulation testbed environment
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of industry experience on large engineering systems
- Experience with mission operations and ground data systems
- Familiarity with hardware emulation systems (IE: Simics)
- Experience using and customizing continuous integration systems
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic engineering concepts
- Experience using MATLAB and Simulink
- Familiarity with GNC Systems
