What you Bring:
-Previous experience in Property Maintenance/Leading maintenance teams
-General knowledge of painting
-Minor appliance skills
-Drywall patching knowledge
-Minor plumbing repair (change garbage disposals, replace faucets etc)
- Handle Service Calls within a timely manner
- Respond to after hours emergencies if required.
