Job responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Assist and report to the Office Manager
QuickBooks Data Entry A/P, A/R, Payroll
Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly financial reporting and state tax reporting
Assist with implementation of clinic policies and procedures, healthcare compliance and updating manuals
Human resources research, policy development and documentation, employee onboarding and training plans, creating staff needs assessment, payroll processing including federal and state tax reporting, coordinating employee time off and PTO tracking
Prepare and manage physician on call schedules
Credentialing, recredentialing and privilege processing for all medical providers, including on-boarding new providers
Physician board certification/recertification records management and continuing education tracking
Assist with marketing needs
Manage and order office supplies, including errand runs
Assist with medical supply inventory management and develop an inventory tracking program
Maintain and troubleshoot office and computer equipment and assist with I.T. issues
Provide administrative support to staff at both locations
Filing/Copying/Scanning
Software proficiency in:
QuickBooks Pro 2018
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and Word)
Adobe Interactive Form Creation
Experience with Centricity Practice Management is a plus but not required
This position will continue to evolve and change so adjustments may be made to the above job duties to adapt to the changing environments.

Monday 8:00am 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am 5:00pm
Thursday 8:00am 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am 3:00pm
Minimum lunch of 30 minutes is required. Lunches are staggered to staff during the 12-1 lunch hour.
