This position requires management and paralegal obligations to support the firm administrator in organizing and coordinating the work of the firm. Assist in employee management and assist the firm and its attorneys in a paralegal capacity. Requirements include a high school diploma and proven experience in office management and/or as a paralegal or legal assistant; strong organizational skills; high-quality word production; knowledge of office administration, systems and procedures; and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
