Bishop Place Senior Living is looking to fill our Resident Care Coordinator position for our Assisted Living. The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for evaluating each residents needs upon move in and ongoing, working with our residents, families, and care staff to create a plan of care to meet their individual needs. Responsible for supervision of caregiving staff, including mentoring, training, coaching and scheduling. Communicates with residents, family, and staff on an a frequent basis, therefore a pleasant and professional disposition is required. This position has office hours 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional on call evening and weekend hours.
A high school diploma is required for this position. CNA or Home Care Aide certification required. Management experience and ability to manage staff is also preferred. An ideal candidate for this position will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to problem solve effectively.
