Qualities & responsibilities of florist/designer include but are not limited to:
Basic computer skills, processing sales on point of sale, customer service/taking orders over the phone
Creating floor products (succulents, green plants, tropical planters) in addition to vase/basket arrangements
Process shipments, routine flowers & maintenance duties during down time
Keeping store tidy & clean (clean buckets, floor, rotation of maintenance of shared working space)
Provide outstanding customer service and readily communicate product information
Dependable and punctual - ability to adjust to changing schedule
Performs other duties as assigned by the Design Manager, and other store leaders.
Qualities & responsibilities of clerk:
Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Great attention to detail
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services
Meet or exceed customer service standards
Communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
Work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability
Must be able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly throughout shift
Inventory management
Qualities & responsibilities of pharmacy assistant:
