Yesterdays Tractor Company, located in Port Townsend and one of the leading nationwide retailers of new aftermarket parts for older agricultural tractors, is accepting applications for an immediate full-time job opportunity in our Customer Service and Sales department to assist with daily customer service activities. Primary responsibilities include: answering inbound calls from customers, processing work orders, addressing customer concerns.
Qualifications: Customer service experience, good communication skills, team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment, PC experience. Mechanical ability and engine knowledge is a plus.
Wages start at $16.00 per hour, depending upon experience, 40 hours per week (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mon. - Fri.). Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, holidays and birthdays.
