Administrative assistant ASAP
Assist with general office duties including answering phones, data entry, assisting operations manager
Discretely handle sensitive or confidential information
Process accounts receivable, contact customers for follow-ups on service/installation calls, invoices
Scheduling, assisting in various departments as needed
Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturdays
Qualifications
6 months verifiable office experience required, 1 year preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience utilizing social media to increase advertising to consumers
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Consistent, accurate, and timely data entry and other duties
Self-motivated, dependable, upbeat attitude and a team player
