Online legal document preparation service is looking to fill two entry level administrative positions in the Port Gamble area.
Job description: receiving mail, reviewing accounts, scanning and saving files, calling court clerks, filing documents, providing great service to our customers via email and telephone and being responsible for large volume of mail packets.
Job requirements: must have excellent writing skills, must be organized, reliable, problem solver, ability to work as a team player, positive attitude, knowledge of use of basic office equipment, 1 year office admin or secretarial experience preferred, quick to learn new tasks, adobe, word and google docs.
