Seeking an experienced Property Manager for an apartment community located in Moses Lake, WA.
Compensation is depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick leave.
BASIC SCOPE AND FUNCTION OF POSITION:
Manages all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Should have a minimum of one year managerial experience within an apartment or related industry.
General knowledge of residential/property management laws/guidelines (tenant/Landlord Act, evictions, credit checks)
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions and meet deadlines.
Detailed oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on daily needs of the facility.
Good people skills, including patience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL CONDITION:
General office environment, exterior and interior maintenance work. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see, use hands and fingers to handle, and reach.
Must pass a pre-employment / post-offer background check.
