Looking for an on-site manager at a 20 unit apartment building in Warden, WA. The building is well maintained, close to parks and has a great tenant base. Manager is compensated through a free unit, but no additional salary. Looking for someone with prior management experience and able to help pick up and clean around the buildings as well as collect rents from tenants, work through any questions and ensure all work orders are collected and delivered to the maintenance person for completion.
