If you're reading this then I assume you have some interest in real estate, whether that includes buying it, selling it, owning it, or managing it. We do all of that, but our main business is finding creative ways to buy/sell off-market real estate, meaning not currently listed with a realtor.
We have a steady source of leads and I need a 3rd lead manager so we can start jumping to more markets. This can be a part time position right now.
This position requires no prior experience in real estate, you can learn as you go. What I cant teach is drive, motivation, and a willingness to learn, you'll need to have that on your own. This isnt a get rich quick scheme or multi level marketing program. It will take hard work. You can expect to have days where no one picks up the phone, or where you get yelled at, or a deal falls through for whatever reason. You'll have to endure through those days because the flip side is fantastic. You can make more on a single deal than an entire month working a minimum wage full time job. Most importantly though, in the majority of situations, we're really helping people out of tough situations. Its a real good feeling knowing your helping solve peoples' problems and making good money doing it.
Here's My ideal candidate:
18-35 years of age
Clean record
No current or past hard drug use
Technically literate, meaning you can figure out programs, search through google, make/edit spreadsheets etc
Be a good listener
Have a can do/get it done no matter what type attitude
Naturally a sort of salesperson or haggler, as in not scared to discuss pricing.

Pay: This is a commission only position and the typical commission is about $2100 per transaction. I wont lie, its going to take you atleast a month or month and a half to get paid just due to the nature of the business, but after that if you're consistent in your followups you can expect to get atleast 1-2 commissions a month working part time.
Hours: Like mentioned earlier, its part time at the moment. You just need to consistently followup with your leads. We all currently work from home here in the Tri-Cities. We did have an office setup but had to shut down due to Covid-19. You'll simply need a computer, preferably with two monitors, and a cell phone. I'll provide everything else.
