Local small business with ties to National Manufacturer, is currently looking to fill 10+ customer service positions in our Kennewick, WA location. We are an environmental consulting firm that deals with indoor air quality and air filtration systems that are designed to relieve breathing problems. We fully train all personnel to answer all questions, assist our sales staff in writing up orders, gather all information in regards to warranty activation, and submit information off to our sales staff. Our associates meet on-site with our clientele, run a number of tests on the air and environment, locate the sources of any problems we find, and offer solutions furnished by our company. We have been serving Washington for over 25 years.
