Relocation Coordinator

Objective

A Relocation Coordinator assists in customer service and is the person responsible for managing and monitoring the leads that come into the office and redirect them to Brokers in a certain order. The Relocation Coordinator will often perform administrative and clerical duties, including setting appointments, assisting in daily events, restocking of inventory, and assisting agents in communications.

Job Duties

Answering telephone, redirecting calls, explaining office policies and procedures to current and prospective clients/Brokers, and assists in maintaining a successful front desk operation while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Lead Distribution to Agents, follow up, and tracking.

Performing filing, data entry and word-processing duties, communicating with clients/Brokers and prospective clients/builders via email/fax, and responding to needs quickly and efficiently.

Using PC and Mac computer programs and database system to track and provide information to Brokers/Managing Broker.

Open business doors, lights, TVs and get atmosphere ready for customers and Brokers.

Enter information into Outlook/Contacts/Calendar from business cards, emails and newsletters.

Assist Realtors in email signatures, copier machine, basic IT issues.

Help in the set up and participating in networking, seminars, trade shows, events and promotions.

Archiving and filing of transactions or help needed by Listing and Transaction Coordinator.

Carry archive boxes and inventory to basement and organize inventory.

Act as company representatives during on‐ or off‐site marketing events by answering questions and issuing clients/Brokers literature when appropriate.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness of offices, common areas, lunch room, storage area, large filling cabinets, common areas, and bathrooms.

Ability to work cohesively with others in a positive, fun and fast-paced environment.

Everything necessary to accomplish daily tasks or asked by Management.

Requirements

Be Positive, ethical and willing to learn and teach all the time.

Understanding and experience with real estate contracts, preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Proficient on PC and Mac computers.

Basic IT knowledge.

Able to understand and learn different software platforms.

Strong English Writing Skills for communication through e-mail and letter.

Excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.

Able to complete tasks with constant interruptions.

Ability to stay on task.

Very detailed oriented.

Wages/Hours

$14.00-14.50/hour

Full-Time Position

9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, 1:00-2:00PM (1) Hour lunch Unpaid

Available for some weekend work.
