We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual highly motivated, collaborative Office Assistant for our Blueberry Farm.
We are seeking a Bilingual collaborative, self-motivated, reliable individual. You must have the ability to step in and help in many areas. We are a close-knit team and this exciting, fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment is the perfect fit for a person with a desire to work in a team and has the ability to meet deadlines while taking pride in delivering quality accurate work.
During Harvest Season, which is typically July through October, this position will require the ability to stay later and work weekends during our Blueberry Harvest. Start time during our season is 5:00am. Due to Food Safety Requirements, during harvest employees must adhere to our jewelry and perfume free environment.

Duties Include:
General Office: Answering Phones, Greeting Visitors, Filing, Data Entry, Errands,
Updating/Creating Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Training new hires
Daily Touch-Ups of Office
Inventory: Maintain Inventory of Office, Farm, Safety and Harvest Supplies.
Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills, experience and education:
- Minimum two years Office Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Reception/Front Office Experience - Answering Phones and Greeting Visitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Excellent Time Management Skills
