We are The Cookie Bar - a local bakery and dessert company enhancing the experience through technology . Our company exists because there is a line out the door every night at Dairy Queen - clearly we need more dessert options delivered to our door. We seek to make delicious desserts and deliver them efficiently to our fan base. We are building top of the line technology tools to help our fans get gourmet desserts right to their door. The new normal in the world we live in now is high end products delivered to your door: that's what we are building. We specialize in gourmet cookies and our menu is ever evolving and expanding.
This Position
The position is Head of Marketing. Your job is to bring new fans into the fold. In this position:
Leaning on your experiences of past campaigns, you should be able to reach fans through several channels: text, emails, social media, etc.
You know how to build cohesive social media pages with consistent content.
You are able to create and identify a clear focus for the brand.
You feel comfortable with and can produce content using Adobe Illustrator, XD, Instagram reels, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
You have a great feel for color coordination and design principles.
What Does the Position Offer
This position can be a full time or part-time position. Full time employees will receive a salary ($2800-$3800/month DOE). Part time employees will receive hourly pay ($18-$24/hr DOE).
