Assistant Supervisor/Floor Tech:
To manage the work of the cleaning crew members which will include training, instructing, and supervising and accountability.
To undertake, as part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they meet and/or exceed Quality Cleaning standards.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and train on COVID19 Terminal Cleaning
Make sure crews arrive on time and are completing cleaning based on schedule
Teaching and coaching team on 6 step process.
Inspire team members and get their buy in on company mission and vision.
Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaning crew members and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
Coaching, training and developing cleaning crew members.
Gathering and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaning crew members and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste, misuse, or damage.
Providing any form of required assistance to cleaning crew members while they carry out their duties.
Providing enough supplies and the proper supplies to support the entire staff.
Alerting senior supervisor and or owners of any damage occurring to company or customer property.
Inspection of properties prior to completion to ensure all checklist requirements are met before a job is closed out.
Ensuring proper property security is carried out prior to leaving each job site.
Learn and perform Floor Care, Carpet Care and Window Care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual Fluent in Spanish/English
Previous and verifiable experience working for a professional cleaning company.
3 or more verifiable years of experience in a managerial position.
Good communication skills.
18 or older
Must have personal transportation that is reliable and capable of getting you to and from work and all job sites every day.
Good problem-solving skills.
Reports to: Senior Supervisor
