Lincoln Asset Management is seeking a part time Housekeeping Attendant for our Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The right candidate will be customer service oriented, have good attention to detail and be a team player. Being Bilingual or Spanish speaking is a plus. We currently have 16-24 hours/week (32-40 hours in the summer) we are looking to fill, but would like flexibility to help with other shifts if there is a need.
Ideal candidates will have:
-A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills that will help find solutions to unexpected situations
-Ability to clean rooms to brand and company standards within given timelines
-Willingness to take on special deep cleaning or other projects as they are assigned
-Good attendance
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend down, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs
-Must be able to read, write and communicate with guests, manager and coworkers
