We are looking for an accomplished, experienced self-storage management team to lead multiple storage facilities.
Facilities are located in Pullman WA and are approximately 5 minutes away from each other.
Compensation: $35,000 salary with onsite living and paid utilities
Responsibilities and duties (included, but not limited to):
Customer service
Debt Collection (sending letters, making phone calls, etc.)
Rate Management
U-Haul truck leasing
Retail Sales
Marketing
Property Maintenance
Budgeting and expense control
Cash handling
Phone etiquette and basic computer skills/knowledge.
Qualified candidates will be able to pass a background check and drug test and must also have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation. Only serious and qualified candidates need apply.
Previous self-storage management experience is a MUST. Maintenance experience is a PLUS.
