ABOUT THE JOB:
The job is full-time and a typical workweek is 40 hours. We’ll keep you busy year-round, even in the winter. We will also supply all of the resources you’ll need, you supply a good attitude, fast pace, and punctuality. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
We are a local home builder, building great homes for great clients with a great team. As our QC Manager (in training), you’ll be working alongside our current QC team, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, scheduling fixes/repairs, cleaning, coordinating and attending end-of-job walkthroughs. In addition to work related to QC, during slower times you may be helping out with some of the tasks that are part of home building (i.e. ordering materials, coordinating delivery dates, coordinating returns, etc). We did mention we’ll keep you busy even when it’s slow, and we are all team players.

Pay is $20 to $25 per hour to start plus bonuses. Christmas and Performance Bonus of up to 5% of your yearly wage is available for employees with more than 12 months with us.
ABOUT YOU:
Must have reliable transportation. Punctuality and reliability are very important. If you are generally a late person, please do not apply. Everyone has things come up from time to time, and we try to be flexible to that. However, if you are a person who constantly needs days off or has a lot of appointments in the middle of the workday, you will not find success with this role and it would be best to not apply. We need a team member who doesn’t require high maintenance, someone who knows they have a job to do, knows how important they are to the team, and does it with very little issues. We will do our end which is to provide you with a safe and healthy work environment, pay you on time all the time, and be there for support as needed but we expect you to bring minimal issues and drama to our team.
