We are seeking motivated ROOFING EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS/Crew Leads who are seeking a company for long-term employment. Qualified applicants will receive good pay, accrual of paid time off, a healthcare stipend, bonuses, and the unrestrained potential to advance.
We are looking for crew members to do the following type of work on both Residential and Commercial Projects:
Composition/Shake Roofing Installation
PVC/TPO Membrane Installation
Metal Roofing and Metal Siding Installation
(Must be able to perform quality work without direct supervision)
All candidates must:
Be able to work well with others
Be able to provide a safe work environment for themselves and their team
Be able to communicate well with management
Be able to maintain a clean, professional appearance for customers
Comply with all safety requirements from L&I and the companys policy
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a signing bonus as well as a referral bonus for directing any additional applicants to Rainworx (some restrictions may apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $32.00 /hour
