Property management group in Bellingham, WA., is looking for a full time Administrative Office Assistant/manager to join its team.
General Duties: will be responsible for providing daily general office administrative and property management support to department leaders within a central office as well as to other property onsite managers and other employees of the group. The job will also require you to be an onsite manager for multifamily properties.
Experience and training desired:
Experience and knowledge of property management and onsite manager procedures and issues. 2-3 years of prior experience is highly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of local, State and Federal Fair Housing practices as well as State and Federal Landlord Tenant Law. Current certification preferred
Experience/training with computers including a working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong customer service skills; ability to provide truly exceptional service
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation and training
We offer a compensation package that includes medical/dental/vision after 90 days, various holidays and paid vacation. We also provide ongoing training for all employees.
