The successful candidate will have experience with the LIHTC program, apartment management, budgeting, accounting, marketing & leasing, and customer service. Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Law required. The ideal person for this position must be well organized, a fast learner, adaptable to changing deadlines, and able to work alone or within a group.
