We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to fill a customer service representative position. The position requires someone to wear many hats, as they would complete transactions, prepare correspondences, attend to customers, conduct sales transactions, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Work with track marshal to coordinate track time
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Greet and assists visitors in the show room
Ensure track memberships are renewed
Fulfill administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Reply to emails, telephone calls, and face to face enquiries
Resolve administrative problems
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Prepare and monitor invoices
Maintain showroom (wash floors, dump garbages, dust karts)
Assist in coordinating and running track events
Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain filing system
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task while completing work up to expected standards
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment (printers and fax machines)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Strong communication skills

Able to work in a fact paced environment
