Located on the top floor of the Bellingham Crowne Plaza, we offer a fun and inviting atmosphere with the best views in town!
Were looking for a friendly and ambitious office/community manager who can onboard new customers, provide office tours, manage all office administrative activities, recruit new tenants, plan events and activities, and manage all marketing.
The ideal applicant:
Is friendly, welcoming, and enjoys meeting new people
Is outgoing, enjoys networking, and isnt afraid to ask for the sale
Takes initiative and loves tackling new challenges
Has marketing experience or is interested in marketing
Views excellent customer service as a top priority
Has event planning and office administrative experience
Is extremely organized and enjoys utilizing efficient administrative systems
Has excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Marketing Invent Coworking; this involves social media, email marketing, website updates, networking, creating business partnerships, and actively pursuing new and creative ways to grow Invent, etc.
Generating ideas for marketing, events, and community engagement, and being able to implement those ideas
Managing all administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, stocking supplies, and answering calls and emails
Being the primary person for all Invent-related inquiries and ideas
Recruiting and onboarding new tenants and providing office tours
Planning events and activities for current tenants and community members (i.e. business lectures and workshops, group potlucks, startup events, etc.)
