JOB SUMMARY
Acts as an expert on Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) systems and benefits, both federal and state.Assists SSVF Case Managers and their clients among the five (5)-county partnership to prepare VeteransAdministration forms, establish eligibility for benefits, file claims, and navigate Veterans Administrationsystems. Assists with outreach and education efforts.
