PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR - PLASTIC SURGERY
IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY
We are a consulting recruitment firm looking for our next superstar Patient Care Coordinator in a busy plastic and cosmetic surgery practice in Mt. Vernon, WA. If you are not a team player, please do not apply.

You must be able to effectively communicate in both your oral and written skills, and believe in the art of plastic and cosmetic surgery.
We will review ALL appropriate resumes. The initial qualified candidates will have an initial telephone interview. The 2nd round of interviews will be conducted via Skype video.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
THIS POSITION MUST BE ONE OF YOUR HIGHEST PRIORITIES
-complete understanding of all procedures (facial plastic surgery)
-complete understanding of all cosmetic procedures (fillers, lasers)
-coordination of engaging the initial call to consult, and consult to treatment
-coordinate the scheduling of any/all procedures
-prepare price quotes
-ability to close the sale on the initial encounter
-possess superior follow-up skills
-prepare all patient charts, consents and schedule patient procedures with appropriate providers
-excellent attention to detail to ensure all requirements have been met prior to surgery
-coordinate patient events to showcase and maximize the practice opportunities
-coordinate and participate in team meetings
-train other staff members on procedures and selling skills
-reliable transportation
QUALIFICATIONS:
-multi tasking is an absolute must
-excellent telephone skills - hearing a smile is a must
-a minimum of 3 years of prior plastic surgery experience
-ability to work independently
-have a "can do" attitude and engage all team members to have high ethical standards
-coordinate a drip/follow up campaign
-understanding of all patient types and effectively have the ability to overcome objections
-strong computer knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
-prior EMR/practice management experience

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year. Commensurate with prior experience
