Holly Community Services is currently accepting applications for a Direct Support Professional (Facilitator) field position We are looking to fill full time, and on call shifts. We support adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities to live their best life possible. Our program supports seeking independence in all aspects of residential life. As a Residential Life Facilitator, one assists the individuals we serve to best navigate their day- be it assisting with banking, budgeting, learning new skills, meal preparation, cleaning, or engaging in a community activity. We are hiring for full time and on call.
Holly Community Services provides access to an employee-assistance program and mileage reimbursements (vehicles not required for all positions, however). We will also pay for and help arrange training to ensure you will have any needed credentials for the position (Nurse Delegation Core Training, Nursing Assistant Registered license, CPR/ 1st
Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens/HIV/AIDS training).
We require that applicants be over 18 with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, able to pass a WA State and WA Department of Health background checks, have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Flexibility in scheduling is highly valued.
