JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Systems and Compliance Coordinator will oversee various HR’s information systems, databases, and automated processes and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of HR data. This includes developing and auditing reports to ensure systems and data are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and organizational policies and procedures; maintaining relationships with Information Services and vendors; managing system updates as required; creating and maintaining user documentation; conducting user training; and responding to user requests for data and reports as needed.

The Systems and Compliance Coordinator will provide support for HR compliance requirements, including reporting, recordkeeping, training, and claims processing, as well as for various HR functional areas. In addition, the Systems and Compliance Coordinator will be a member of the cross-functional HR team, contributing to a collaborative work environment and an organizational culture that embraces equity and social justice.
