We are now hiring for an Asst. Grocery Manager who is passionate about customer service who wants to create an easy, friendly, and exciting shopping experience. We need people like you to make our stores a great place for your friends, family and neighbors to shop.
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store Operations team.
Qualifications:
2 years of retail/grocery operations experience with progressive management responsibilities.
Business Management degree or professional/technical certificate preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead others and build dynamic, guest service focused teams.
Knowledge of fundamental management concepts, practices and procedures related to food service, merchandising and retail operations.
Team player who is eager to share resources and respond to requests from all parts of the organization.
Excellent communicator with ability to professionally and courteously interact with guests, crew members, store management team, corporate sales managers and leadership. This includes answering telephone calls and using in-store intercom system.
Current state Food Handler’s permit must be maintained.
Class 12 MAST permit must be maintained where required.
Must be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol sales responsibilities, equipment use and work environment.
