North West berry Coop is looking for office manager.
Position has 5 parts to the job.
1. Running of the office. Answering the phone and fielding the questions, dealing with the people that come to the office and keeping all the supplies stocked.
2. Bookkeeping with some experience with QuickBooks would be helpful. Handling the payroll and accounts payable.
3. This person would handle accepting employment applications and the help with the scheduling of people to work.
4. Help with the social media part of our marketing program.
5. In the off season we are looking for someone willing to pitch in where they are need.
This is a fun job with a lot of parts to it, so you are not stuck doing the same thing all the time. We have flexible hours during the off season, but we work overtime during the Raspberry and Blueberry season which is the last 2 weeks of June all of July and the first 2 weeks of August. We can provide training for you if there is part of the job you are not comfortable with, but you are willing to learn.
1. Reliable and well-organized and able to handle the day-to-day operations of the office. Greets visitors, answers phone calls and delivers exceptional service to our customers. Orders supplies as needed.
2. Bookkeeping- experience with Quickbooks is beneficial. Manage payroll and accounts payable.
3. Manage new employee applications and employee schedules.
4. Design and maintain the social media marketing program.
Were looking for someone who is an energetic professional who doesnt mind helping in other areas during the off season. Must be comfortable with a fun, fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hours are flexible during the off-season. Expect overtime during the raspberry and blueberry season which is approximately mid-June through mid-August. Training is available for any skills that you need to learn.
