We are looking for a 2nd Shift On-site Supervisor for a great client in Winchester. Hours are roughly 3:30-midnight, Monday through Friday. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred

This job is as follows:

Directs day-to-day services and managing of Ron’s Staffing Services, Inc. Temporary Workers at a client site. Responsibilities may include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, counseling temporary employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure excellent client satisfaction at the client site, including retaining and growth of the account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

Review, confirm and input information on all client orders, into client software, databases, etc.

Provide all Temporary workers with an orientation that includes proper work instructions, guidelines and necessary equipment.

Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring arrival time and attendance, assist client as requested with employee concerns.

Monitor and follow all safety procedures per clients & Ron’s Staffing Services, Inc. guidelines.

Work in conjunction with the President and/or Human Resources to counsel, discipline and terminate Temporary Workers as necessary.

Maintain required documentation with regards to counseling Temporary Workers.

Monitor and obtain approvals for all hours worked by temporary workers.

Conduct accident/injury investigations and prepare necessary safety reporting.

EXPERIENCE

Prefer experience in interviewing, selecting and hiring hourly employees in light industrial.

Minimum one (1) year customer service or other work experience involving “people skills”

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Data base experience a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public. Spanish language skills highly desirable.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion. Ability to interpret and deal with several intangible and tangible variables.
