We are currently hiring residential mentors to assist in this mission. Mentors are essentially just that'helping our young adult students to make that transition. If you've raised children of your own, if you have a passion to help others or if you're interested in a career in behavioral health, Calo Young Adults may be the place for you.
Mentors must be self-starters, have positive attitudes, the ability to hold boundaries and have empathy for this population. Quality candidates will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, overnight, evening, and some include a combination or two. All shifts include at least one weekend day, some two. Evening shift is 2:30p-10:30p, overnight is 10:30p-6:30a.
