- Work with senior leadership in development of overall solutions for proposal responses, written content, data and model visions, roadmap and implementation strategy.
- Work to solve business problems leveraging available technology including frameworks, methodologies, cloud, hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.
- Present alternative solutions to customer in solving a specific business problem or enabling customer value.
- Engage in discovery calls to understand business and technical needs across various technical domains.
- Articulate and be able to write win-themes and capture challenges, lessons learned, technical approach (how-to), benefits of the solution and critical success factors
- Collaborate with project teams to engineer appropriate and viable solutions.
- Lead sessions, solutions, drawings, technical approach delivery, feasibility and proof points, metrics, and value to clients
- Lead oral presentations, technical challenges, oral challenges
- Thoroughly document all engineered solutions, including application to customer technical requirements, and customer expectations to help ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of relevant web application stacks, security, cloud computing, industry direction, and trends.
- Author white papers, solutions, and present solutions
- Experience in developing, refining and presenting technical solutions to DHS Government Clients.
- Proven experience understanding PWS / SOW / SOO; understand all sections of work statements and perform analysis on scope, background and develop technical approach to perform tasks as described, including development deliveries as listed in PWS
- Passion for new technology and creating solutions to challenging problems.

- Demonstrated capability to support a growth organization in all phases of business development, capture, and proposal support

- Must have experience working in, or with, the Department of Veterans Affairs, DHS or Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Strategic analysis, and assessment of business/technical requirements and communications skills appropriate for all levels within the organization and cross-functional teams
- Agile certifications, agile experience, agile foundational understanding
- Experience supporting growth organizations and delivering products for the government
- Ability to thrive in high-paced, maturing environment
- High academic ability and fluidity working with diverse team members and stakeholders
- Ability to gauge audience and provide appropriate levels of detail to both technical and non-technical customers
