A small, family-owned restaurant in the Cave Spring area is looking for a General Manager. We are a lively, fast-casual concept that is looking for a manager that can keep up the pace of the restaurant. Full time salaried position with competitive compensation and paid time off after one year.
What we are looking for in our managers:
Hands on manager, working side by side with the team
Creating an amazing experience for the customer. We have many regulars and it is imperative to create lasting
Must be friendly and smile easily
Must have a strong attention to detail as this restaurant has many small details that add up to being very important
Cleanliness is an absolute must
