Job Description:

Our client, located in Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The Customer Service Representative provides superior call center customer service based in the Customer Support Center. These positions will work on a contract to hire basis offering opportunity for full time hire and future growth. Positions will work Mon-Fri 1st shift however flexibility to work overtime and potential Saturdays is required. Pay rates will be $12-12.50/hr however opportunity for advancement and pay increases within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting Customers Team members and field sales teams through multiple support channels. (Incoming and outgoing calls, CHATs, Social Media & Email)

Deliver 100% customer satisfaction both over the phone and over email

Resolve 80% of all contacts on first touch

Answer 80% or more of calls within 60 seconds

Maintain a QA average of 85 or better

Maintain Ticket integrity and resolution within 24-48 Hours

No more than 5% of all calls are abandoned

Ability to write memorandums using original or innovative techniques or style that effectively communicate issues, document procedures, outline plan of actions and detail results

Computer savvy, ability to navigate multiple systems as well as internet

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent is required

Associates Degree or BS preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

1+ year of call center experience is preferred

Qualifications:

2+ years of Customer Service Experience Required (preferably in call center setting)

Must be self-motivated and take initiative, works well under pressure

Must possess good written and verbal skills

Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines through good organization and follow up

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedures automotive manuals and vehicle schematics

Ability to respond effectively to inquiries from store operations or other functional areas

Must have excellent computer skills including ability to navigate multiple databases simultaneously while accurate recording information

Working knowledge of all automotive applications and system a PLUS but not required

Must be punctual and have reliable transportation available
