Our company, KRS Holdings, is a fast growing property management company in Richmond, VA. We are looking to add a well-qualified HVAC Technician with a full range of residential property maintenance skills to our Maintenance Team. We only hire folks striving to be the best. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to prioritize and completes all tasks assigned in a timely fashion. Multiple callbacks are frowned upon.
Job Duties
Perform routine maintenance on all types of HVAC systems
Diagnose and repair issues with all types of HVAC systems
Install new Heat pumps and gas furnace systems
Diagnose and repair appliances
Boiler, gas and electric
Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
Electrical and plumbing
Interior/exterior lights
Fireplaces, ceiling fans
Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks
Ceiling leaks
Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
Roofing, gutters, fasteners
Qualifications
Must have 5 years of experience in HVAC repair and install
EPA certification
Boiler experience is preferred
Working knowledge of appliances and the ability to diagnose and repair appliances
Must have own tools
Must have own transportation
All applicants must have reliable transportation and tools and be able to pass a full background check and drug screening.
Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Will be placed on an on-call rotation for emergency situations. Pay is $18/hour and up depending on experience.
