Seeking experienced maint tech for a small property in Manchester area of Richmond. Property is newer with energy efficient hvac systems. Must have hvac certifications, be able to troubleshoot hvac, appliances, plumbing, basic repairs, conduct turnover work, schedule contractors, pick up trash and litter, move dumpsters, basic custodial work in lobby and bathrooms. Will share after hours on call rotation with neighboring sister property. Must be able to carry out physical work required with maintenance type work load.
