Solid Rock Inc. is looking for hard working individual to train to operate a Concrete Boom Pump. Experience around equipment is preferred but really just looking for someone that is will to learn, work hard, and move up in a great company. This job is physically demanding. The hours vary day to day (there is no set schedule.) This is a very professional company to work for and we are also a very safe company to work for. This is a growing company with room to move up. We currently service Charlottesville and Richmond and other surrounding areas.
-We provide 401k (match up to 5%), we pay 75% of the employees health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, guaranteed 40 hour pay weekly, rotating Saturday shifts, Saturday incentive pay, we provide uniforms, we have all new equipment, and provide all safety gear. We are a drug free company. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have an acceptable driving record.

Pay will depend on credentials and experience.
