We have won the trust of more and more investors.About the PositionThe Company is seeking a Relationship Manager of Investment with a self-driven attitude. This is a licensed Dealing Representative role with a primary purpose to grow and retain business from a select group of investors. Relationship Manager of investment is responsible for client service by managing existing relationships, building new relationship through strategic initiatives, and ensuring the investment process is handled with care and professionalism. The manager is excepted to be knowledgeable about product offering, the investor subscription process, the Exempt Market Dealer compliance regulations and requirements. The candidate is sale-oriented, self-managed and responsible with a strong work ethic. The candidate also has a passion for networking and enjoys seeking clients to build the company’s investment portfolio.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for investment activities of the company based on company’s business strategy and annual target

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current investors with a focus on client service

Develop and implement strategies to increase the investor network, and scope of service for existing and potential investors

Develop new client relationships

Have overview discussions with new and prospective investors to explain investment process, structuring, returns, risk and other relevant factors

Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of offerings in order to provide the best solutions for investors

Participate and present in our various prospect seminars and workshops;

Source prospective client opportunities by capitalizing on networking and referrals

Follow up on firm-generated leads

Proactively communicate with clients

Promote established investment models and strategies that are suitable for our targeted clients

Balance referral activities, customer follow-ups and administrative tasks

Complete proprietary training in sales, invest planning, products, operation and compliance

Participate in required meetings, training, and continuing education requirements

Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must have entrepreneurial spirit to build a book of clients through networking, cold calling, prospecting, referrals, seminars, etc.

Results oriented with ability to meet targets

Proven success in sales and business development preferably in the investment /financial industry

Relevant post-secondary degree required

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Exempt Market Proficiency Course(EMP) or willingness to complete prior to your start date

Self-motivated, a strong work ethic and hard working

Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin

Compensation :Base salary plus Commission plus bonus, exceedingly competitive compensation package in the industry based on the individual and Company performance.
