Provide Tours & Lease to Prospective Residents
Process Leasing Applications & Place Follow-Up Calls
Complete Renewal Process Paperwork
Assist Property Manager, etc.
EXPERIENCED LEASING POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Local Fair Housing Laws
Minimum of 6-Months Experience On-Property
OneSite, Yardi or Property Management Software Experience
Identification & Transportation
Professional Work Attire
Excellent Written & Verbal Communications
Ability to Work Weekends
Great Attitude
