Fat Canary is looking for a full-time evening line cook. We serve high-end food, dinner only, every night. Shifts run from 2pm until the kitchen is cleaned up (around 11pm). Due to the pandemic, we are operating under strict guidelines from the state, and have slightly altered our dinner service/carry out for the present time. Eventually, our hope is to return to normal operating hours and seating for our dinner service. This does not affect the job offer in anyway as we are in need of expanding the current line cook staff.
We'll teach you how to cook our way, but you should already know how to cook from scratch. Good speed, good communication, good habits, and a positive attitude will be essential.
