Casa Pearl will change the food scene in Williamsburg for years to come. Executive Chef Michael Maksimowicz and General Manager Chelsea Maksimowicz have trained for many years at Michelin Starred restaurants waiting for the perfect moment to open their own brainchild, Casa Pearl.
Casa Pearl will focus on sourcing local ingredients and our raw bar will feature many of the delicious fish and shellfish that the Chesapeake Bay Region has to offer. Tacos will Mexican inspired, but with a southern twist on American Classic. The menu will consist of smaller plates to encourage sharing. Our craft cocktail bar will feature local distilleries and cocktails that go with the seasons.
We are seeking food and beverage professionals that are excited to be apart of a new restaurant team. Our focus is providing high level service and hospitality in a fun and professional atmosphere. Our restaurant cares about food and the story that goes with it.
