Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Receptionist job in Norfolk, VA! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) Length: Temp to Hire Pay: $13.00 / HR Shift/Hours: 8:30A - 5:30P with overtime Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include, but are not limited to:
Follow all front manual policies for front desk operations
Answer and route calls to their appropriate destination
Greet in-person visitors warmly
Issue temporary badges and parking permits
Accept and route incoming deliveries as well as process overnight deliveries as requested
Serve as point of contact for vendors and processors
Work with the reception team to provide breaks and lunch coverage for one another
Qualifications for this Receptionist job:
High school diploma or related experience required
One year of related administrative experience supporting a team of executives required
Must be proficient in MS Office to include: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Must be comfortable with Windows OS
