We are excited to add a new Junior Knowledge Manager to the team! This is a new role created to help manage and document organizational knowledge of a growing company. Were looking for someone with experience administering Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) principles to capture and leverage knowledge of business activity to the benefit of the organization and customers.
InMotion Hosting is a leader in the web hosting and design industry. Much of our team members work customer facing roles in a contact center environment. We do not require any security clearances or certifications for this role in Knowledge Management.

What Youll Do:
Manage, update, and maintain all Knowledge Articles and material within the Knowledge Base
Promote a knowledge sharing culture across the company
Develop and maintain the Knowledge Management Plan
Lead and coordinate all internal and external Knowledge Management activities
Identify solutions to service requests regarding new or updated content, system modification, and enhanced procedures
Develop processes to capture, document, store and share tacit and explicit knowledge
Coordinates with leadership and subject matter experts to develop strategies that promote knowledge creation and sharing
Report progress regarding creation, usage and updates to leadership and stakeholders
Share knowledge creation and updates with the Training team
Develop and maintain playbooks related to oversight and utilization of the Knowledge Base

What Were Looking For:
2 - 3 years Knowledge Management experience or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
2-3 years in a customer service environment is preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to research, organize, create and maintain clear, concise documents
A detail focused mindset
Ability to perform duties and meet deadlines independently
Ability to resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner while analyzing business needs.
