P&W Title Examination Services
Title Examinations of real estate property, recordings of wills, deeds, etc. at courthouses, and other related search projects. Office manager position manages office staff, vendors, and work-in-process. Supports General Manager as needed.
9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, Paid vacation and Federal Holidays.
Qualifications:
2+ years of college and/or related experience
Quickbooks Enterprise – preferred
Microsoft Word - required
Microsoft Excel – required
Orders (work-in-process) Management - required
Staff Management - required
E-Mail management (orders, status, completed projects)
Customer Service (all orders are by phone or e-mail; no onsite customers)
General geographical knowledge of Virginia (order assignments)
General knowledge of current office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.)
Ability to manage office staff (multi-tasking/time-sensitive work flow)
Prior knowledge of real estate terms, property transfers, etc. - a big plus!
