P&W Title Examination Services
Title Examinations of real estate property, recordings of wills, deeds, etc. at courthouses, and other related search projects. Office assistant position involves working with internal and external staff to manage workflow and communications of: title examinations, recordings, and document retrievals, invoicing, scanning and sending completed projects to customers, filing, and assisting with management as needed.
9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, Paid vacation and Federal Holidays.
Qualifications:
2+ years of college and/or related experience preferred
Quickbooks Enterprise – preferred
Microsoft Word - required
Microsoft Excel - required
E-Mail management (data entrystatus, completed projects)
Customer Service (all orders are by phone or e-mail; no onsite customers)
General geographical knowledge of Virginia (search assignments)
General knowledge of current office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.)
Ability to manage files (multi-tasking/time-sensitive work flow)
Prior knowledge of real estate terms, property transfers, etc. - a big plus!
Attention to detail – required
