We have a full-time appointment setter; spend tens of thousands of dollars on marketing each month; and have an entire department dedicated to ensuring your transactions go smoothly.

We are looking for experienced, licensed professionals but are willing to train candidates with outside sales experience. The Gillies Team has consistently been ranked the #1 Real Estate Team in the Stafford Area and top 5 in the State of Virginia.
