As a Porter, you are in charge of the community’s first impression. We are counting on you to make it shine! This property is located in Spotsylvania, VA (22553).
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Use your attention to detail to ensure grounds, common areas, and designated trash areas are free of trash and debris.
Assist the maintenance team by performing minor repairs
Provide seasonal landscape maintenance & snow removal as needed.
Meticulously paint exterior areas as needed.
Candidate must be able to work some weekends.
